Refund policy

At Downtown Clothing, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 15-day return policy.

Returns

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition in which it was received
  • Be unworn and unused
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in its original packaging

Once your return request has been reviewed and accepted, we will provide you with instructions for returning your order.

For your convenience, we may also arrange a courier pickup from your address.
Please contact us before sending any item back.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately so our team can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

We are committed to resolving genuine order issues as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? We are happy to assist with eligible exchanges.

Once your exchange request has been approved, we can arrange for a courier to collect the original item from your address.

After the returned item has been received and inspected by our team, we will process and dispatch the replacement item separately.

All exchanged items must meet the same eligibility requirements mentioned in our Returns section.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 24 hours of approval.
